Since so many ppl out here are so anti-SP, why dont we discuss how good is NSR 150 SP? Please dicuss and show some comment, all SP riders...

i think sp is a good bike for pickup coz its lighter than other bikes.

This is a sensitive issue. So i think better don't go on. bike is good to its owner's view. No point.

It is good to compare, can know more things from it. But as u said, it flames easily.

that's right, but as a SP rider, or as a rider, we should not be proud of wining, but alos, not to give up on losing...
Anyway, i heard lots bad things about SP, mainly because SP riders are percieved to be ah beng. thats y i started this topic, not only to say good thing lah. Just discussion, any comment, good or bad; riding technique or anything about SP. Just to improve ourseleves.... will it be possible?? i think everyone of us will agree to me right???

i hate the flat spot at the 5k-6k rpm...besides that...i am a happy owner of a SP for 2.5 yrs Smile

most of the sp can go up to 190+km/h. original one lar, no modify. but when pillion. siao liao, max to 160+km/h. whereas TZM, pillion still can go until 170+km/h. And now, ppl says that KKR can beat SP in top ends.... i believe. and wats ur comments?

just for the info. the lightest bike in class 2B range rite, other than scramber, the lightest bike is an Aprilia leh... :> but dont seems to be fast... i mean no offence lor, think the reason is coz of the Milo tin pipe lor... heehee

190+kmh i think bluff wan lor
my fren just bought...new bike n stock...went msia try...only reach 180-185kmh...
mi old bike n still stock...went msia try...only can reach 170-175...needle refuse to go up any further...
but these speeds r the speed shown on the speedo meter...not the actual speeds Smile

Last night my fren clock a SP. 180km/h on the SP speedo. 160Km/h on the S4 speedo.

guess wat, this is the dunlop GPR-70 SP, the best tyre i have ever used. But too bad, rear tyre min is 140/60. and front is 110/70. too bad, last time i only change the rear tyre to 140/60. No way i can fully uterlise with my original foot rest... :<

As u can see the above, only dunlop is recommendable to me. because, every tyre in above. stated the GP and GPR series. they are used in the FIM road racing championship...

I think 2b bike can use it from point A to point B... no point use to fight top speed~~ unless u r very siao 2b u got fully mod bike and go for race... then u really need to have good top speed and pick up~~
