  The 1.3 one is the older version. Duuno much about them. but you can try delphiforums. search for lancer... there is a singapore lancer club in there somewhere.

  One engine is bigger than the other lor bigger engine usually = more power... less economy... more expensive to own as well as mantain (taxes etc)

  The main difference is just the engine capacity lor. But lancer got 1.5L 1 meh? Thought only 1.3L and 1.6L?
