solution... tell him to park beside a Merc or BMW or Lexus or just some of those luxury cars where Singapore have no short supply of.
Chances of ppl getting jealous of a luxury car is greater than that of a GT-R. So parking beside one would greatly reduce the probability a GT-R would be scratched.

So how much IS the BMW M5? $400k? And what's the maintenance like? I love the reviews on that car and think it is a very good mix of sports and sedan with prestige. If I could afford it, M5 would be my choice.
The Skyline GTR R-34 is another of my dream cars. Untuned, it is nothing special, yes, and an M5 would prob outrace it. The power of the Skyline is its ability to be tuned to deliver astronimcal bhps. But yah, I guess its kinda unfair to race a tuned R-34 against a standard M5.
The Viper seems quite 'shiok' also, but a roadster is impractical lah... get a 4 seater. Might as well for all that money. Can bring more friends for joyride.
If u really have the cash, M5 my man. Race those ah-beng civics; let them smell smoke. Mercedes? Forget it lah.. Ahbengs have ruined Mercedes like they have ruined D&G and Rolex. I dun find the Merc prestigious.. its become quite 'contractor-beng' if u get my drift. BMWs are also starting to get over-popular. At least with an M5 u stand out.
