Buying new car. Need advice

  Happy New Year to all !!!
  I'm buying new car and I really need advice here. I'm currently considering the following:-
  
  1) Mitsubishi Lancer 1.6 CVT S$77,888
  2) The New Nissan Sunny EX-S 1.5 S$75,000
  3) Nissan Sunny VIP SS 1.5 S$76,000
  
  Also, how do they calculate the monthly installament?
