How to boost the power of NSR150sp???

anyone knw how to increase the speed of nsr150sp i fitted a Power filter and the perfromance sux and gib me onli a max of 170km/h anyone knw how to gib a better speed

r u sure that u can handle the power? if u want better speed on the straights then u better get bike that higher in cc. the gear ratio is always there. if u have already rev the engine to the limit 13000 on the taco then u have the top. that is unless u change the ratio. changing the gear ratio also affects the pick up. if u want more power u will have to operate on the pipe(illegal). i heard that it is 150 original through silencer and 500 4 others eg arrows but u can also just open the manifold, but the effect is not as good. opening just the manifold is a safer bet, maybe u can get away with it and also pass ur inspection. u can also up grade ur carburatter(i heard, havent kanna before).it should be legal. also there is the reboring of the engine. up grade the cc of the bike(illegal). the above is the common methods of mods on a bike. the first thing to do is actually changing the brake pads to control the power. gd luck to u if u decide to do the mods above. i have not dont it myself, results not guranteed, all hear say.

change ur sprocket to size 38 and change HRC pipe and top speed is tried at the 5th gear not six RPM should clear 13 and your speed should be around 200++

wanna HRC pipe will be obvious to the TP or not leh? errr...HRC pipe is very obvious la ~ hehehe the three words H R C is imprinted there !
pipe is matt silver and HRC is in chrome so damn obvious somemore the pipe is short and 10 times lighter !!!!
Dun waste time operating on the original pipe not worth it ! -
Ic ... haiz then to bad... my fren juz got a PDK pipe from thailand for S$40 in s'pore money. Still fixing it and this coming sat will try his bike... dunno how much will it go?? 240km/h ?? stay tune..

SP Siaoz....for $40 ?? Tats only the muffler ? Or the entire pipe ?

I bought a new sp still running-in. But everytime the rpm went up to 5 my enegine sound like knocking izzit normal for new bike or something wrong wif my bike???
N i'm using shell xo izzit any goot?? -
Hi guys, i might be riding a TZR now (transport purpose), but i used to ride SP also. Ever saw a Castrol design with number 89? HRC pipe and all kinda shits... thats me. Anyways, just to say, SP really suxx in the end... no point, coz modify until like fuck... still lose to TZM/K-RR original.. kanina.... Imagine the modifications of my bike includes Boyeson Power Reed Valves, HRC pipe, Mikuni Carbuerator, Pirelli Dragon tyres, Kevlar Steel brake hoses, KnN racing filters, premixed with Castrol A747/Motul 800 premix 2T, anything i can take out i take out to decrease the load, like pillion stands, plastics, speedometer cables (i only use rpm meter), single seater, take out fairing, 2T reservoir also i take out. In the end?? Lose to a TZM with only a JB operated original pipe...

Sorry forget to mention that my top speed was 190km only.... of coz faster than original... which is to say, original can hit 180km in 20 secs, but mine needs only 10-13 secs...

nsr^02.... i m sorrie to tell u this but yr hrc pipe is thailand one....not the original pipe u ever seena white based sp wif blue wing...by the side put dracula?? i seen it at amk insd. park... this particular bike has the gd stuff.... his is original... its FULL chrome pipe(includes 'pat tor') ENGRAVED 'hrc racing system' now this is the special part.... the part where the muffler and the pat tor connects rite... there r 2 springs to connect to oso... now tt is the real stuff.... tt one is really hard to find in sg... ermm...maybe the reason u can hit 200++ is because yr weight is less thn 60 or 50kg....i can tell u if not rite... hard...very hard.... :p well i can b wrong... p.s PDK pipe... works best wif TZM and msian KR ....
for sp... try going msia and find this particular pipe wif 2 silencers... tt pipe u kena caught...oso worth it man ... incredible power i tell u guys...really incredible.. seen it my self... msian sp wif tt pipe... and the sound of the pipe... woa... *drools*....but i donno the top end but i noe tt pipe is damn gd sia... -

hey TZR... SP dun sux leh,its u no skill leh. If u noe how to play SP never lose to TZM original lo. I ride SP so long nvr lose to them b4 even if they had wat super shortie pipe. I oso can win leh! So u no skill dun say SP no gd,but at least better than TZR lo....sorri sound so offensive...

Roads in Singapore really cannot Lap lah, so many speed-cam, TPs n also NSR SP so light, u travel so fast, the bike will fly man!!!
So be sure can control it, don't only think of TOP speed, TOP speed, nothing but TOP speed, muz also think of your braking distance n whether you are up to it or not.
We still have a long life ahead of us.... .
If can, i hope to increase my pick-up only, cos pick-up ( acceleration ) at traffic light can win and also avoid cars fast.
Don't reply, telling me to get scramble hor.
