Is KAWA KRR a good buy anot?

Yo guys, i might be changing to KAWA KRR around August. But i need some info about it. My price i can get is $5.8K (exclude insurance/IU unit). I just wanna know the performance and problems i might face. Anyone who rides KAWA KRR or have friends riding it, pls kindly post some advice for me! THANX!!!

got money better buy low cc for first hand, don't buy big bike for second for what no use la. Buy sp is your first choice....

the krr ok lor my friend ride for 3 mth liao..... he say he can win super4 any time one heheh..... i dun know is it true la.... -

few days back..i saw an ad..strait times classified ad. a motordiam was selling Krr fer 5.3K..but dunno exclude wat.

eh frncis... i tell u first....if u buy first hand... u better think properly of wat bike to buy...don think of only krr....got other bikes in the market oso....since u going army... i think wat u should do is use yr L.C first.... when u come out of BMT oredi... go unit liao thn buy a 1st hand bike... coz onli thn yr pay will increase...more stable mah...although not alot but at least u can tahan...if not...yr 'tau ji' must alot leh... think abt it.... don let people physco u into faster getting a bike.... THINK THINK..... don gan jiong...

My 2A is anytime... only i am lazy... haha and i don think i'll go for 2nd 3rd or even 4th hand GSXR or what lor. Coz Suzuki bike parts expensive, problematic, and if anything happens.... i go borrow ah long ah? hahaha So 2A is definitely outta my choice lor..

Hi all..I'm indonesian. Nice to know there is forum like this in singapore. I also want to but KRR, so far the cheapest is 5.35K quoted by Lee's Trading, O.T.R. Anyone now anything abt this shop? Coz the price is much lower than any other shops offer. Hope to know u all better. thanx for ur input.

I used to have Ninja 150 (same as Victor M here). That's the best bike i ever had and ride. Good acceleration and top end (190 kmh, standard). Easy to maintain and engine is very durable. NSR 150R (not RR or SP) was out of question, lose everything against it. Kawasaki is the most popular race bike among street racers in jakarta. Don't be confused, down there we only have older model, not newer as sold here. That is why i want to buy kawasaki here, not the popular SP. NSR 150R always has problem with overheat coz the RC valve operates at high rpm. When you are trapped in traffic jam, get ready to stop and cool off your engine. Dunno whether SP has the same problem, maybe not coz traffic here seldom jammed.

NSR 150R is older version than 150RR. It was probably not sold here. But I've seen it on the road here, maybe from malaysia.

INDOrider : hello, not only the nsr 150r. Goes for every low cc bike, Traffic jam all the same. only big bike stay longer.

Hello to u 2 Pasir Gudang. I notice that u have good knowledge on bikes. I suggest u also like to race right? where in s'pore we can race without feeling afraid of being caught by TP? if there isnt, where do u normally race? only at pasir gudang? where is it anyway? Overheat normally occur to bikes with radiator. For NSR 150R, it is worse because the RC valve is programmed to works on 6000 rpm (fully open), below 6000 rpm, 1/3 only open, thus the exhaust gas can't flow out freely. I know this from a tabloid specialise in automotive. too bad, i couldnt find the same here. anyone know how to find a local magazine abt bikes? thanks for your input.

nothing to do with the rc valve, low cc bike cool down when your bike is moving. They intake the air where your bike move.
