you can go and take a look. i doubt there will be really no downpayment. beware of hidden cost. no shop can survive without requiring customers to put a downpayment.
i think he has already put the hidden cost in into the bike package already. my advise is not to get from him. -

Looi's motor not bad.I bought my SP from there 1 year ago and the Malay Mechanic very friendly somemore.Can talk cock and teach you some things about bikes as well.Looi,s motor is a very reputed motortiam at Eunos there ,they will not do anything to sia sua their shop one lah.But one thing to take note is that they Might not necessay provide the lowest price for motorikes there.Althought i bought my bike there ,i seldom go there for service cas the place a bit far from my house and also not that cheap compared to some other places.Me prefer to go Unity at Alexandra.Look for Ah Hiong,the chief mechanic,quite alright.Somemore wait at shop until bored can go IKEA or Queensway shopping centre gia gia somemore.But one thing i like about Loois is the female manageress there call Mrs Lee.She is in charge of accounts and she is damn nice sial.....The installments if u 3 mths never pay ,the interest also she can waive for u and she is a very flaxible lady.Do NOT TALK TO THIS young MALAY BITCH called MANI,she is also in charge of installments there but she is just a normal frontline worker,ask that bitch anything also cannot.CHAO CHEE BYE!!!!1 2 charge me extra for late payments some more!!!Let her be FUCKED BY A MILLION DOGS lah!!!KNN!!!But in short ,if u go to Loois,rest assure that they will not Tok u!!!THat,s how i feel....steady???

They deal mainly with BIG BIG bikes though, R1, GSX-R, GoldWing, ST, blah blah blah...
I've seen the Boss and also the mechanics,

One Malay mechanic also teach me how to play corner, hahaha.
Their motorshop also very big, 5 storeys high!

Go check directory, it's at Kaki Bukit, near Ubi.
Travel by PIE, exit at Jln Eunos Link. Then turn left to filter lane, go straight. Before and Opposite AutoMeGa Mart the junction there turn right. Followed by a left turn at the traffic light(junction),
and turn left finally, into the slip road
and you'll see LOOI'S MOTOR!
