SG's Traffic Rule and Demerit points

Do anyone know URL for demerit points information (how much demerit point will gone for speeding on the road, park on the wrong place, pass the right traffic light, etc)?
I am under probation time (1 year), can I pillion someone or not during this period?

Demerit Point System
New driver's license holders are issued a one-year probationary license that allows them a maximum of 12 demerit points in a year. Exceed this limit and you will loose your license. After the first year, demerit points allowable increased to 24 points over a 2-year period. Common demerit points:
Exceeding speed limit by up to 20kmh: 4
Exceeding speed limit by more than 40kmh: 12
Reckless driving: 12
Using a mobile phone while driving
Failing to stop at traffic lights: 6
Obstructing traffic flow: 4
Failing to wear seat belt: 3 -
if ur demerit points kena deducted exactly wad u remain....will ur license still be gone???
e.g. u got 12 demerit points now and u did a mistake which cost 12 demerit points...that give u an exact of 0 demerit points...will ur license be kan tong in this kind of situation???? -

a) by 1 to 20 km/hr 4 ($130)
b) by 21 to 30 km/hr 6 ($150)
c) by 31 to 40 km/hr 8 ($170)
d) by 41 to 50 km/hr 12(court)
e) by 51 to 60 km/hr 18(court)
f) by more than 60 km/hr 24(court)
2) Rider failing to wear helmet securely
-3pts + $120
3) Parking within a Demerit Points Zone
-3pts + $120
4) Forming up incorrectly when turn left or
right -4pts + $130
5) Driving on the shoulder of and expressway
-6pts + $150
6) careless driving -6pts + $150
7) Beating red light -12pts + $200 -
u got some wrong info there...
1.speeding >40km/h, licence revoked(depends on court case)
2.parking on shoulder(no breakdown), 4 pts
3.driving on road shoulder, 12 pts
the rest is correct... this not from booklet, from TP uncle

STOP or allow vehicle to remain at rest on shoulder of an expressway is 4pts
BUT
DRIVING on the shoulder of an expressway is 6pts.
btw, the booklet never say cannot use tinted visor lerr, any idea about it? -

- Using tyres with ply or cord carcass exposed.
- Driver failing to wear seat belt.
- Parking abreast of another vehicle.
- Parking within a pedestrian crossing.
- Stopping in a zebra controlled area.
- Driver failing to ensure that every front seat passenger wears a seat belt.
- Using a motor vehicle where a child below 8 years of age who is a front/ rear seat passenger is not properly secured by an approved child restraint when there is a seat belt available for the use of such passenger.
- Driver failing to ensure that rear seat passengers wear seat belt.
- Allow a child below 8 years of age who is a front/ rear passenger to be secured with an unapproved child restraint.
- Using a vehicle where a child below 8 years who is a rear passenger is not properly secured by an approved child restraint.
