Hey yesterday i see Channel News Asia hor, the headline says "Terrorists tries to recruit 5 Singaporeans". Anyone knows abt this thing? Can tell me abt it? Coz i too tired to watch the news... so missed it. Thanx.

It is also written in today's Streat Newspaper "Terrorism, Mid-East network tried to recruit S'pore Muslims". Several singaporeans were introduced by an Indonesian religious group in early 1990s. The realigious teacher himself had been responsible for the Borobudur bombings in Jogjakarta in 1985.

The five Singaporeans who were recruited, their main aim was to destroy a US Naval Ship in Singapore. It was a lucky thing that the 5 Singaporeans back out from the offer.
