Buy bike w/o licence

ok, i juz checked it out... like wat fp2075 said, can liaoz... need only IC, and $$. they dun care if u got no licence. u can buy bike but cannot ride if u got no licence...

btw..i haf 1++k its fer downpayment..not the total cost of the bike

that's right, man. Keep a positive attitude.
Hmm.....if you're getting a bike which is ard 5k and above, my advice to you is to save more for the downpayment rather than 1k++, becoz that will kinda make life much confortable in the long run, get what i meant? -

Ta150 but in tis case is it possible to put someone w/o a lic as a rider or sub rider?

Actually, they dun really need to check that faraway. Juz fake to them the one that sub rider is got license one..but can't make it that day, so can only provide the particulars. They will let you add one. But as for the main rider, i think he need license.
