expensive insurence

  why nowaday insurence so expensive my brother just passed n i want to transfer his name on the insurence that cost a whopping $200 because he is P plate,$100 more for his loading fees and that not include the insurence itselt,why tell mi why?and china dont insure below 21!!Now very hard for below 21 to ride bike.jaiz!!

  mitsui insure under 21..........so high cos of some new small ku ku birds juz get bikes dunno how to play buang.....some even come back see their frens during the 7th month....
