erm got qn to ask u all... wat can 3rd party claim insurance claim ah? cos today went outing with my frens den got accident lah... one hornet bang into rs den rs bang into citycab... But the cb citycab bumper oni kanna abit scratch oni the driver come down kpkb...

no lah, 3rd party means u bang other ppl, then insurance will pay for u. but u still must pay the excess.
1st party means u bang ppl, they pay the repairs for both u, and the person u bang.
also means if bike kena stolen or tio sio oso can claim.
but still must pay excess.
2nd party only if bike stolen, tio sio, or u bang other ppl then can claim. ownself buang cannot.
so in this case ah... hmmm must claim frm the hornet liao. claim his 3rd party. coz the rs no fault mah.
i tell u, the taxi wanna kp let him kp. knn 1 scratch nia tok so much.

For taxi ...if he wanna change bumper to chrome he must buy himself lor cos taxi service centre only change for him the original one
3rd party claim be more simplify : when you bang ppl you pay that guy repair bills ...ppl bang you , you claim ppl 3rd party meaning you no need to pay for your own repair bills
