you mean it was removed or the person told you it has no powercut?
maybe you dunno, but RR model is the weakest model for the CBR series. if you wan, try searching for N model or L model instead. i ever seen an L model for $300 but left only 3 months coe.
anyway, i don't think so. too expensive. shld be around 4~6k. bloody 7.8k... i was u i rather tiap another ~2k get a pgm4.

That CBR is 400 cc or 250 cc ?
Hmm ... I want to upgrade bike to 2A ... but must wait 1 year cos in probation time ... my dream bike is Kawasaki ZXR400... got on sg or not?
Looks nicer than CBR400/CBR250 (the kawa's buttock is not too bulky) ... and it is faster ... 65bhp/13000rpm (according to sportbike magazine .. very powerfull)..

To Kof-guy: Tat CBR 400 has got its power-cut removed because the seller is a mechanic(in a motordiam.). If u dun mind, could u (just briefly) explain to me de diff. between the diff. models? eg. RR, RN, RL, RRR, etc... Tks a lot. Btw, I have tot of getting the pgm as well but the cost of maintaining it is well beyond my capability. Heehee!!!
To LexZEUS: I think 1st hand 400cc sportbikes left in sg will be the RVF and CBR400RRR. -

hmm i not very sure about CBR lah but if i'm not wrong there are these 3 models, RL, RN and RR, in order of age and power.
but if you really wanna get a 4stroke, then i feel get GSXR better, coz the CBR frame more for road use, some more it's very fat so will be clumsier than the GSXR.
milage mah... my fren's hurricane full tank last about 240km. he say roughly is 1l ~ 17km.
by right, the cbr should have better milage than that, but he said its becoz his bike old liao that's why eat so much petrol now.
as for PGM maintainence, aiya i hear this argument until sian liao lah. to be honest i dun see any difference in maintainence.
i pump full tank S$17, travelled the highest is 220km, excluding reserve which is another 40km.
if you wanna say 2t eat high, 1000km 1 bottle of 2t, 1 month usually is around 2.5k km of travel, so is around 2~3 bottles of 2t.
engine oil 1 bottle, can last you 3000km.
spark plugs u wanna change or not up to u, anyway so cheap $14 for 2 gold plugs.
unless is your monthly instalments very high, then i nothing to say loh.

that time i search, got a guy offer me his MSP for 1k. but gotta renew COE myself lah. MSP leh...
go search around lah, GSXR 1-3k can get liao....
