1) Selling a bike 2 sum1 who does nt ve a lic?
2) Letting unauthorized personnel 2 ride ur bike?

Riding without insurance is a serious offence and it could result in the suspension of lisence for the parties involved. If however, it was not to the owner's knowledge, only the rider will be prosecuted, but on 2 charges: Riding without insurance and theft.

unless is do transfer of name, then he no license still ok can put as owner but must find a guy wif license to put as rider.

Read properly lah! Wah piang. I say don't give bike to owner until transfer name right?! You can always pillion the guy to the bikeshop to do transfer of ownership what. There is no law restricting pple without lisence to purchase a vehicle one lah. KUKU!!
If you're gona ask who is going to ride the bike back, nobody loh. Either put at bike shop or ride the bike to the new owner's house and that's it. Btw, the adminstration of ownership transfer takes about 24 hrs (If I'm not wrong). So no harm riding it to the new owner's house for him, then claim taxi fare from him lor.

My friend of mine of is riding RXZ for more then one year and he got 24 points full ... but one day his bike cannot start and borrow his friend SP to fetch his GF ... in the end kana TP ... he was sent to court
SENTENCE : Fine : $3000 + license revoke + Ban for three years

what if my insurance expired but no money to renew,will the insurance company wait for my renewal while i put my bike in a carpark without riding? or bikeshop tow my bike cos not insured? -

you can keep the bike since you have paid for the installments , just cannot go on road with the bike ... bike shop will only tow your bike if you do not pay your installments
