I want to color my bike all white, must I tell LTA or tell governmet?

i have NEVER heard of pple having problem with new paintwork not telling the government
about it
imagine going to a NPP or NPC tellin them
shell advance paintwork, of course most of them would not know wad shell advance is about
then ur bike will b recorded as repainted in,
RED, YELLOW, WHITE
or MOBIL-1 paintwork?
white paintwork wif red n blue stripes?
then MS aprilia paintwork how?
just got lion printed on it ??

i tink muz go parliament lor........to get approval letter to change ya paintwork...then muz haf someone above 21 to sign for u tat u really paint tat colour liddat then motorshop will repaint lor.....
then remember to get a tag tat got traffic police endorsement stamp tat ya bike no matches ya bike colour combination....or else later if tp see ya tag colour diff frm ya bike itself u will kenna summon.....dangerous ah nowadays -
I don't know about you guys. But i've never had any prob for respray and never reported to any authorities or parties whtsoever. It is a fact that one is required to inform LTA of any change in colours of your vehicle, but they are't really that strigent in this field. Go to the website and just put your NRIC no. and bike registration no. then put your new bike color scheme then finish liao, no big effort, right? Better to spend few seconds to fill the form on-line or else you may have to pay this and that on future? Just play safe.
Anyway, if you use shell advance scheme, select "multicolor" option with "white" as base color, no need to specify what scheme.
