  dun take it out 1st, coz if u do, the air will escape faster. find a bike shop to MEND UP the hole, no point changin the whole tyre becoz of a small hole, but i must warn u tat the mending compound will tend to wear off over long periods of time..

  if the nail has penetrated too deep, then it can't be mended and you'll have to change a new one...

  they will know what to do
  most prob cost 10++ dollar

  yah..go to those bikeshop..
  they got someting to sucks the nail out then mend the broken hole..
