personally i have many chinese malaysian colleagues. they are the victims of racism in malaysia. most of them came to singapore to work juz because they cannot enjoy the status of a real citizen of malaysia. they do not stand any chance in promotion even if they have higher qualifications. To say that u are disappointed in their racist remarks, maybe u should have weigh the truth that racism do exist and we cannot totally refute the existance of such things. However, I feel that Singapore has successfully made our country into a meritocracy country. People enjoy their fruits of labour regardless whether they are malays or chinese. I have friends who are malays who are successful in lives. I just hope that this thread of who is better or who is being treated unfairly will stop. We must understand that there are such people and that is why war has been going on ever since man evolved. Peace! Now what you are saying is the malay tp has an attitude problem; I'm not disagreeing with that fact. I'm just saying that you yourself should stick to certain laws and if you break them, you deserve to be caught. -
Btw, I don't really have a good opinion of some Malays and I don't go to Malaysia either. Above all, if I do break any laws which is due to my own mistake and in the event that I'm caught, I will accept the punishment like a man.

I've not, in any replies stated that the malaysian tp are right. Nor do I wish to support them in anyway.
And yes, I read his first post, that's why I know he made some mistakes e.g. didn't put 'p'-plate, no mirror, etc and got caught by the sg tp. For such an offence, he should be given demerit pts but yet he was let off; he should count himself lucky for that already.

In any case, racism does exist in malaysia. (It exist everywhere....) It is even written in the malaysian law(if you can interpolate it). E.g. why non-bumiputras cannot buy property...and we all know non-bumiputras are non-malay.

I also got story. Few months ago, went up to Plentong wif some of my malay frenz. 60% of our grp malay, 40% chinese. Went there, got stop by a malaysian tp. All of us kena stop. He said our bike jack up! Its a scrambler!!! shit!!. He wanted to fine 50 bucks each. Manage to haggle to 20 each. Moral of the story... they dun care you malay or not.... SG plate = money for them....and I tot can escape bcoz majority of our grp malay.
