ask ZecHs abt his 3ma lor...heheheOriginally posted by l3stat:other than the RS-125 and PGM4, what other bikes are there?
on the same note, what mods can be done to each bike? i mean mods that are not road legal of course, but are suitable for track?
RS250 - twin arrow, boyesson reed valves?
PGM4 - henry comment leh...

heard abt the Honda rs125, very very rare bike thats de factory duplicate on 125cc racer used on GP. supposedly able to hit 200km/h stocked. never seen it though...
Honda rs125 is a track bike from Honda, it is only 125cc and no i did not confuse it with the aprilia rs series.Originally posted by ZecHs:is rs125 a road bike?? lolx i think he mistaken it for rs250...there's still rgv 250 ma![]()

wanna really mod pgm4, most important thing is the HRC card, otherwise no matter how hard to you, 180 is still 180.Originally posted by l3stat:PGM4 - henry comment leh...

eh is there a test that you must pass before you can buy the HRC card? what does it do? unlock the top-end? what's the difference if you ride without the card, as far as performance in concerned?Originally posted by nismoS132:wanna really mod pgm4, most important thing is the HRC card, otherwise no matter how hard to you, 180 is still 180.
otherwise...
ram air kit
jetting kit
USD forks kit
clutch kit
fly wheel
valves
sparkplug
spark plug cable
throttle cable
single ring piston
racing/close ratio gearbox
sprockets
pipes
some lightweight stuff...
but power is nothing without control, so must add more stuffs
carbon disc
brembo brakes
5.1 brake fluid
damper
steering stop
if you getting a track bike then RS250 should be your choice , if for street use PGM is better (is a all rounder).Originally posted by l3stat:eh is there a test that you must pass before you can buy the HRC card? what does it do? unlock the top-end? what's the difference if you ride without the card, as far as performance in concerned?
wah sounds like for a track newbie it's better get a RS? less mods and easier to catch on??
de-register the bike wif LTA, mod for all u want, put lorry tranport it there, u can ride for all u want in sg but u will neber get thru the customs, they have a scanner for no.plate everytime u thereOriginally posted by l3stat:hmn... one more question... if you have a fully-tricked bike to use for track, how do you get it to the track? ride it there? like a RS-250 with full arrow, no headlights and signal lights? hahaha... just wondering...
this is especially normal for new companies who r on the way to the market,Originally posted by tOngEh:actually the Aprilia RS 125 and Aprilia RS 250 is not develop by aprilia themselves.
The Aprilia RS 125 is actually Honda RS 125 while the Aprilia RS 250 is actually Suzuki RGV pepsi.
they have same block, piston and engine system. then the aprilia buy suzuki copyright over and produce their RS 250 and RS125.
but soon suzuki 20% is going to be taken over by aprilias.
although aprilia RS 250 has a nicer frame but its not their own discovery.
oooic.. okay! thanks!Originally posted by ah_tee:de-register the bike wif LTA, mod for all u want, put lorry tranport it there, u can ride for all u want in sg but u will neber get thru the customs, they have a scanner for no.plate everytime u there
Haha..Originally posted by anoymous:yes man!!!! thats it...
RS250 with full arrow system is tian xia wu di!!
hahaha
but maintainence really damn "xiong"!
petrol n 2t drink as if free sia!
the top-end of RS is damn shiok!
can feel the bike pulling u away n the sudden pressure!
RS250 is a really gd bike if u manage to find a gd 1!
for my RS250, still not bad lah! but would rather use the original pipe cos if i kena caught with my full arrow system i m dead!!
but now..valve jam, brake not working well!
dom... take RS250! u wont regret! trust me!
but fastest i think is rgv250sp but parts r expensive like aprilia, somemore not available!
TZ can forget abt it! too old liao somemore its too ugly(to me! no offence)
