engine cannot tune wan lah. only can bore.
i tink u meant tune the carbs rite...
each carb got 2 screw, namely the pilot screw and the other wan forgot the name liao. one is for the idling and the other is the amount of air intake.
the carbs control the amount of fuel and air mixture to burn with.
the correct mixture would mean performance lor.
poor mixture would result in wither too rich (petrol more than air) or too lean (air more than petrol)
too lean ithink will have no power ah. where as to rich will lead to carbon deposits on the piston head leading to a piston jam in the long run. how long i dunno liao.

no. tuning dun affect 2T. the 2T pump does.
open big nvm, too big no enuff lubrication of the piston will jam wan.
