  hello i jus passed my 2b today and i buying bike...
  wat to do if order the bike oredi n then the bike got problems?
  if ask the mechanics to help me rectify the problems, u tink the shop can stil be trusted?
  FYI, i buying phantom 150 FS plate for $4500, issit worth it or i kena tok cai tau?

  to be honest i think a bit the expensive leh, i phantom 200 first hand only $5900 when i bought it. that was 3 months back lor. now i think price maybe drop $200-300 liao lor. imagine juz pay $1000 more u get first hand, and its Phantom 200 lor. no problem one. if u got problem, get repair u need to pay again. a bit bo hua lor with all the money and time spent.

  FS Phantom 150 at 4500 a bit steep the price. u buying from motor tiam?
  if yes, get them to do a full servicing on ur bike. i also bought my phantom from motor tiam. i got them to do a full servicing on my bike. until now no problem with it. but best is u go to the shop regularly and check on progress and see when they strip the bike, the bodyframe got crooked or not.

  WhitePhantom, my FQ Phantom i got last december for 3.2k only. Don't rush to buy bike after passing tp. i scouted for three months before finding a good bike at a reasonable price.

  Pay already ah? then when getting the bike? still got time to ask them do servicing on ur bike? most motor tiam never offer after sales servicing one. unless new bike.

  haha... the prices now are between 4200-4800
  the one i getting is FS in gd condition, stil shiny...... 4500
  try not to get above 4500 lor..
  but for FR plate... i tink confirm is below 4500
  that is the rough prices u can get....
  however if can find cheaper ones, make sure u check the condition n history lor..
  today i check 2 shops selling phantom FS
  1st: 4250 but got fall b4.. behind signal light chipped off, dirt n dust....
  2nd 4500 but never buang n stil shiny...
  
  therefore i chose the 2nd one lor..

  KNN, at first cannot start becos too long never start liao
  but they changed the spark plug and ok liao..
  next, i tink the clutch or brake got problem
  seems that cannot push the bike in neutral gear...
  therefore must wait for them to solve the problem lor..
  tomolo collecting..
  if got problem again, i gonna make noise liao..

  Ask them do full servicing for u lah. And also polishing. I got the motor tiam to change my clutch and brake lever, the tyres, the handle grips and the position of the ERP unit. Also i got a bike cover free, free helmet, free P plates and free 2 bottles of 2T. also engine oil they change for me and then they polish all the chrome parts. and also wax the paintwork. see if u can get the same for ur bike.

  i tink once i collect it, as long as can start n the biting point to my liking can liao..
  i go back polish myself lor..
  but the boss say he gimme 1 yr 'warranty'
  dunno whether bluff anot..
  i goin to ask him for a black n white proof of that...
  
  i stil quite blur on petrol n 2T..
  thats y i stil need to ask around..

  FYI: i paying 4500 which includes transfer fee, 3rd party insurance(additonal amount becos age below 21) and GST everything included....

  just wondering whether the phantom is prone to scratches from road debris and pebbles thrown by by cars or lorries?
  
  do u think a bike can remain scratch free after it leaves the showroom?

  as long as u dun buang, and wash/polish it often, u can keep the bike shiny for quite a long time after u leave the show room lor i think sports bike are more prone to debris becoz of fairing, bigger surface area mah
