problem with bike!!!

  can anyone give mi advice and solve my following problems. thanks.
  
  a) when i m dragging my 1st gear, the rpm reaches 7 and refuse to go up. totally no power. why?
  then wat is wrong if the power comes then go off? the power like come and go come and go.
  
  b) my rear always bounce even on smooth road. then the rear always vibrating leh. why?

  A)most probably is ur valve jam, or u jettings screw
  
  B)tell this to a mech n ask him to adjust ur rear suspension, check ur chain also, sprokets, check which part is not running smooth, after that check ur tyres, roll slowly try to find the source for the vibration

  Think most prob your bike is a TZR. Dunno why but tzr has this problem. Mostly are your valves got problem. I think so only.

  go to bike hospital , to get it cure , wait something happen , eh happen to me frend b4 he also riding tzr , den his rear jerk den he leave it , after few days his whole bike jerked down ,making him skip , after dat body legs abrasion, hand broken when he when to collect his bike from shop de mech told him his dont know wat screw loose dats y jerk down hehe

  err....u forgot to include ur bike model?
  
  anyways for ur first problem..could b valve cable broke?
  
  second check ur rear supspenion..might got somthing to do wit it if not check the alinment
