how often do u change ur tyres? every 10000km? spark plug ard 8000-10000km? engine oil ard 4000-5000km if good ones? 2T ard 2000km? chain every 10000km? if using chain wax how long must lub oreadi? others i dunno liao... things like wash carbonators, clean filters etc... these kinda thing consider full servicing rite? wat r the things to look at? how often must do once? every 10000km? my bike juz hit 10000km and dun seem to be as smooth as before... sorry dinno much on maintenance but start to worry oreadi...

tyres is used until bald liao then change.
spark plug is used until black liao then change.
2t is used until finish liao then top up (not change).
engine oil is used until gear rough liao then change.
brake pad is use until cannot brake liao then change.
brake disc is use until got grooves liao then change.
chain lube is every week apply one. travel more = apply more often.
tot u ride bike close to 1 yr liao?

ya but i oways uses the mileage as guidelines... juz to ensure i am on right track ma... the stuff i got maintain is written on the list... but things like chain wax, i do every wk... end up chain got noise after lub... oversaturated maybe... so mayb wat i do is wrong so juz to confirm how u all here maintain ma...

change engine oil (Castrol RS)
change spark plug (NGK Gold)
wash carb, piston, block, valve, airfilter
change coolant (RockOil)
all these @ $160
issit too expensive anot?
however, i do feel the service done is considered good..
any comments?

wat no license?!! i got la but tis new bike so the bike shop pple say no need to full maintain it. Juz change spark plug... top up 2T... oil chain every week... and engine oil oni ma... c u all tok abt full maintenance i got ask but they say no need... then got read some sites saying wheels best is 10000km change tyres... so ask how u all maintain lor... say til like dat...

valve n carburator whether or not you wanna wash is up to you one.
overseas those ppl wash every few months/years. angmo calculate maintainence by mileage. but in SG, ppl usually every 1-2 month go wash valve/carb one.
as for the rest, like i said, use finish then change.

shit my chain i normally lube like twice a month will it have any adverse effect?
i should be an average rider wif ard 40-60 km mileage per day
