  U can go to LTA at sin ming to get a second hand....but if they have stock only. $70 and they register 4 u.

  i got my when i get a bike and i ask for a second hand and cost me 50..but they will do it for u one lar..and got warrty one lar

  when u get to sin ming LTA ... go inside there a slope under the slope there is a sheltered carpark with a few tables in the centre ... go ask the uncle for a second hand IU ...
  
  second hand IU = $80
  1st hand = $150

  Remember, the ERP must be 6 mths within the period that the previous bike was scrapped... if not, the registration may not get through....or worse...kana summon.
