For me my fav is Battlax BT-010, BT-090 & Gpr-70-sp... These tyres do not have sizes for small bikes... Not to say that other tyres not gd but these is the tyres that gives me the confidence... Use 90/60/17(front) & 120/60/17(rear) can liao... If u want to play pick-up than use smaller size 4 both front & rear... Dun forget to make sure the mech do balancing 4 u...

So troublesome meh? I know for car, they just put the whole rim with tyre on the machine and spin it. Then it will show the amount of weight to put on the rim. For balancing bike i am not sure la, should be the same right?Originally posted by TaNkEE:NSR RR is using double swing arm. NSR SP is using single swing arm also known as Proarm.
Btw, heard frm mechanic that balancing is done using a balancing machine, which cost ard $2000 - $3000+. However, not many mechanics actually know how to use the machine coz need to attend a course which lasts a few months then can get a cert 4 it. He said dat if really want to do proper balancing it's advisable to go to Boon Siew (Honda) for it to be done.

Dunlop TT 900 can last longer, cornering wise should be ok lah. i think the biggest size u can get for rear is 120/90.I'm using both TT900 till now still ok, never slip before but of course dun corner on wet ground lah........U make ur desicion......

Sp put till so wide tyre har. Be careful leh, it might be a danger instead.Originally posted by TTTTT:My rear is 130/90 Dunlop Arrowmax Front is 120/90 Pirelli.
bridgestone Battlax is suppose to be more stickly...however..i do agree that tt-900 rear is bigger...Originally posted by jungleboy111:I'm using TT900 for my SP as well.
Not sure what the size is...hehe...will go check soon. But my rear i think oso 130....
Rear bigger is gd when doing cornering. So far it's been quite stable when doing cornering. Esp when I exit frm PIE to Bedok exit, where there is a bend, i like to corner to test how far down the bike can go. So far, not bad. Of coz, I wont do it when the road is wet.
But I guess TT900 is gd enuph.![]()
