where to collect back license?

  issit at tp hq at ubi or go any police station? also if kantong on the 4th collect on the 4th or 5th?dun wan to go there and later they say come next day to collect...thx in advance

  by the how long was your suspend?
  if i m not wrong you will get back 24 pts not 12pts.
