How to do the accident claim?

  I met an accident last wk when the bus turn left from lane 2 without signal!!!! Leg injured and having surgery in NUH.
  
  TP still investigate without any news.
  
  How can i sue the driver? Wat procedure shld follow.... Many thanks..
