Normal or Full Face Helmet?

  Currently, I'm using a normal (1/2 faced ) Hyper Blade helmet for my lessons in SSDC.
  
  find it very comfy to use!
  
  Question is, I'll probably get a Sports Bike in future and might use it at the tracks (Sepang, Pasir Gudang, Tuas Speedway )
  
  Should I get a full faced helmet then?
  
  I know it provides more protection, but is it very warm wearing it?
  
  And how much does a well - Ventilated Full Faced helmet cost?
  
  How much for an Arai Full Faced ar?

  its a good facial investment to get a full-face-
  
  anyway its a must to use full face at all race-track .

  and obviously full-face is hotter den half-face , but de only con for wearing full-face is harder to check your blind-spot.

  i wld always recommend FF lor... but in SG normal roads, if u ain't speeding, open face is good enuff.. anyway, it's compulsory to use a FF in ALL race-tracks n arai very cheap only... $1k got change for a normal one...

  Get your licence first before you start to even think about the race track.
  Anyway i'll stay away from you if you're going to the track right after you pass ur tp

  Keep your open face but get a full face for normal riding or touring as well.
  
  I gave up open face helmets after seeing some accidents.
  
  And I myself was saved from my jaws being rubbed off on the tarmac while I was sliding face down on it.

  Now in US. Arai and Shoei also beri cheap.

  Race track?
  Full face helmet and body armour compulsory.
  I suggest you pass your test first.

  the price of the helmet = how much you value your head
  
  but seriously, FF offers better protection and saves your chin from scraping the ground.
  
  an arai top range helmet can set you back around $700-800.
  
  but i wouldn't recommend arai now since their cushions have been major disappointments. i'll be purchasing a shoei in future because i've heard of better reviews on them.
  
  i usually use my OF when i ride to work.
  
  FF when i go touring or when my friend feels like looking cool so i'll just follow him and use my FF.
