Procedure of importing a pocketbike or mini 49cc motorbike

  Hi Guys,
  
  Just wondering, is there any procedure with regards of importing a 49cc pocket motorbike from China, I am currently there and I am intrigued with the bike cause it is very nice, one of them racing ones hehehe. I plan to carry one home on the plane, it weighs about 18KG and it's really cheap.....it's obvious I won't be riding this on any road in Singapore nor registering it as a vehicle but maybe in malaysia.....can somebody who has done this before or knows how to, reply.

  Any fuel-powered vehicle needs to be sent to LTA for approval and testing before issuing the permit...

  Thanks for the reply but I am wondering permit for what in a sense as I am not using it as a road vehicle, something like importing a small generator back...but really would I in a sense have to go through all the trouble?
