  Hi all, I've scraped my bike and thus, received back my remaining COE.
  
  The COE Rebate is worth $325, it can be transfer to anyone else for a $10 service fee to LTA.
  
  If your COE is expiring soon, you can consider my offer: I wish to sell it for $300, that means you can save $25.
  
  We can arrange to meet at LTA to do the transfer which takes only 5 mins.
  
  For people who wish to purchase new vehicle, it can offset the new vehicle's COE too.
