err personally i feel that the channel owner should be in the channel more often and take care of tis kind of things wat....wats the use of owning the channel and then gif the ppl wif 499 access handle the channel and then come n complain when things go wrong......

hmmzzz i think it time for me to talk liao ... ahhhaha there is actually some ways to avoid outsiders from coming into the channels
1. close the channel once and for all as it has created more problem for fellow forumers then chatting in forums
2. Keep the channel in +s mood (secret)
3. there will only be one owner of 500 ... why dun we have one regular to have 499 , 498 and so on ... why gif some many ppl of the same level ... giving so one ppl on the level of 499 is better then so many ppls having the same level
Actually Florence i agree with u that now racetrack is like in pieces.. everybody's split up. what's the pt of making more frens when u lose ur old frens. Did we register ourself in irc to get split up? Our first dream made true actualli led to tis kinda situation
So i suggest that ah huat close the channel once and for all -
shld not close... so hard to reg from wat i know... many ppl had tried to reg b4... but only ah huat manage to reg.. hahaha

No lar. Actually, its rather sad to noe that ppl left the channel due to some people who give out access juz because they requested it. Whenever I join the channel and someone comes along and asks for access, I post in the channel and ask whether got ppl noe them or not. But for now onwards, we post in this thread. Then if got objections, then we dun put the names. Presently,

For the time being. I dun think i will give anyone 499 yet. Only till someone really able to handle that access level is being voted or something like that.

although i'm in racetrack not for long, one thg for sure is tat those trouble makers really make our life difficult.... sometimes can even see tat "they" make us "bite" our own ppl....

true dat #racetrack is simply a channel we chat in.. so therefore access is not neccessary to be given to all.
jus 1 lan jiao lang is enuff to make a few ppl holding even higher access den him to leave the channel. imagine hw fucked up the person is? but can't imagine someone actualli gave dat person access.

i tot of tis idea.. but dunno can work or not.
==> all those given access (A) have to make an agreement not to give access to any tom,dick or harry. whenever someone wish to grant access to another person (B), A has to post the request in tis forum and at least 5 access-holders (access level >400) muz approve den huat will grant the access? but huat wil need to do some homework first in granting some ppl the access first.
duno can work or not... but tis is the best I came up after cracking my brains 2 days. kekeke... dun flame me hor.. brains not fully functioning lately.. -
I think what.... any suspicious characters will be removed from list. That is all....
