OTR does not include IU and box for sure. If your $5100 is a package, then you'd probably get 3rd party insurance. This will not do if you are taking loan cause the finance company need you to buy 1st party. Cost of first party differs greatly according to your age, riding experience and the number of rider you are including in the insurance cover. Don't be surprise some can go as high as $2,000 or as low as $260.
