Can a bike have a diplomatic-license plate

  I was browsing a BMWMCS website and saw a bike that have a plate Sxxxx......cant see the behind nos
  For all i noe bikes do not have licen... no Sxxxx or can it be a diplomatic license plate, meaning SxxxxCD.

  Maybe you saw the foreign military escort bikes. There are some around.
