  plate - erm... what issue are you seeking for the plate?
  
  model - what kind of bike are you looking for? chopper? sports? naked? scrambler?

  Why dun have RS250 or PGM4?? But almost all 2A motor is already a COE bike. Like what you mention rvf or cbr..etc (RS250 or PGM4). Accept for some like RS250 or Super 4 Spec 3 is a new bike.

  2 stroke v twins high cost of maintainance. i will say that u can drive a sensible car with the money u will throw in it. let me do the maths for u.
  1 need to clear the pipe for best performance
  2 can never have the economy above 20l per km exclusive of 2 t
  3 v twin jetting pain in the ass, owner will pay for it
  4 tyre typical of any racing bike. expensive and wear fast. 500? 6 months? dependent on usage.
  5 2 stroke engines with power valves actually have only 2 throttle positions. fully open and fully close. it is a gem when revving like mad and a piece of shit when stuck in the rpm at the flood gates
  
  my verdict will be that it will be the best choice for the track days but too much pain for transport.

  cos i wanted to get a 2a sport bike.. but not very sure abt it.. so would like to know more lo.. u think u can help me? but i pretty like honda cbr.. but looks like there's no ppl selling..

  oK for 400cc bike , i recommend u cbr L MODEL <---cBr 400 got a few models , try to get the L model version.
  
  Another choice is Rvf - which is alot more ex....
  
  anyway u planning to upgrade to class2 ??? if yes den get cbr 400 ...

  I dun wan class 2 la.. just tat wanna study after ns den need transport lo.. cbr400 L model good in wat? as in better den other model in wat? from other forum the ppl ask me take gsxr? hahaa.. i oso duno how it look like xia..
