  How much would it roughly cost? Then Fuel about how much per month?

  use bicycle, fuel is $0 per month

  When you say COE to 2011, is it a 2nd COE or its a 1st time COE???
  
  Whats the miledge like?
  
  When was its last overhaul?
  
  How old was the tires?
