I tink I got posted somewhere saying that the transition from 2B to 2A is not so easy. Its very normal for the engine to rev alot just by increasing the throttle abit, and the engine break is a real killer.Originally posted by Noah:haizz ... First time I fall down during lesson (wah lau eh ... 2A liao still fall down), and it had to be 2 times in a day ... looks like the road to 2A is gonna be really long for me ...
Like to ask some questions here ....
Is it normal that the throttles of 2A class bikes ... just twist a bit only, the RPM jump up liao ... The throttle very sensitive one ... I cannot seem to be able to control the throttle. Twist a bit the RPM jump up suddenly, so release a bit the engine brake so strong that the whole bike jerked. Now I have problem with the figure-8, crank course, and bumpy course. The bike jerk until siao ... But I see the instructor ... Use only 1 hand control throttle, the other hand point here point there, bike ride until so fast in the igure-8 ... so zai one ... sighh ... think I dun have the skill to control the bike ...
And why we have to go bumpy course ? I really cant think of a reason ... You dun have that kind of bumps on the road ... so why are we going through the bumps ? For trailing ah ? The Hornet is a sports bike (the instructor say one), so cant be for trailing wat ... not scrambler .... Then somemore have to stand up ? Why har, cannot sit down meh ? And cannot just anyhow stand ... Stand straight cannot ... Must shift the whole body somewehere over the fuel tank. Why ? Shift the CG until like that so unnatural ...
Haizz ....

use more front brakeOriginally posted by TZM 77:went for 2A practical today, the power of S4 is really shiok but have problem with the Crank course, quite hard to control.
E brake on the wet floor also quite hard and buang..so have to re-lesson again..
but the instructor told mi buang is due to too much pressure on the front brake.Originally posted by nismoS132:use more front brake
You can gradually brake in with your front. Or you can use your index finger and tap your front brakes.Originally posted by TZM 77:but the instructor told mi buang is due to too much pressure on the front brake.
But nw u r telling mi to use more front brake??
Firstly, you must understand that the front brakes are very much more effective in comparison to the rear brakes. Also, what your instructor meant was that if your front wheel gets locked, you're definitely gonna skid and fall. In contrast, if the rear wheel is locked, your bike will fishtail but it can still be pulled back.Originally posted by TZM 77:but the instructor told mi buang is due to too much pressure on the front brake.
