How to remove speed limiter in hidden in bike?

  I heard all motorbike production in Singapore has speed limiter installed in it so as to reduce your speed, may I know how do you spot and remove the limiter?

  u n ur 'heard'...get ur facts right..
  
  not all bike are fixed with speed limiter,for what i know is that vtec,rs125 and hayabusa are fixed with those.
  
  uve got to temper with the CDI.but doing this ull also make ur bike illegal to ride in singapore..if caught.

  You mean Power cut izzit? Only old model motors dun have power cut.

  just temper or change the cdi ler...the computer which controls the bike settings,its just beneath the seat for most

  What actually is that name of that componenet? So can order another piece to change out the 'original modified component'.

  So its a power valve issue. shortage of power thus limiting the speed?

  not all motorcycle models have powercuts lah.

  if i'm not wrong, the global ruling for the hayabusa powercut is at 320

  the industry has agreed to cut most litre bikes at 299kmh
  
  although we hear sometimes the speedo stops at 299kmh but the rpm n velocity still increasing
  
  the only speed limiter or powercut is only for californian models and JDM models
  
  a californian model busa might cut at 180kmh-200kmh, a aussie busa at go higher than 300kmh
  
  so take note when buying bikes always ask which version is it, only applicable to class 2 bikes, i think the rest dosent really matter as 200kmh for a 2A bike is already "somewhere there"
  
  jdm and calif models cut more than jus the CDI, ECU mapping, ignition timing, and its a chore to de restrict
  
  of cos the above does not apply to any other restrictions to pass the emission tests for sale in a country , this we will not get to know

  Power cut offs have a purpose. Not to let the engine go beyond the handling of the bike. Some engine can run so fast that the frame, tyres and rider can't hold it on the road.
  
  My fd's fd did this once.
  He died, when the 2A bike went above 200++ km.
  Didn't get a single cent from insurance, as investigation revealed that he removed the Power cut-off device.
