Anyone know the Difference Between check Blind Spot & Check Back??
The instructor say i unsure about the 2... But don't have the chance to ask him... Anyone help??
So when do we check blind spot? and on the left or right?
We check back only when moving off right? But to check left or right?
I'm now in Prac 6 le... still very blur on this... haha...
someone pls help!! Thanks

i thought check back is only for moving off?
While blind spot is when changing lane, turning and coming our of parking lot?
guess mostly likely it like this.. -
check blind spot is when you turning or flitering left/right. basically is glancing diagonally backwards in the direction you are turning/filtering cos theres a spot there that you won't be able to see with the mirrors.
check back is using the rear mirror bah -
but check back is turn ur head to the left or right?
sometimes the instructor say right sometimes left...
so for turning and filtering the blind spot is only check on the side u r turning la... -
check back is when u want to move off from stationary.
if there are no kerb on either side of ur location,then itll always be on the right.
if there are a kerb on either side of ur location,then ur check back will always
be on the opposite side.
for eg,a kerb is on ur left,then check back on the right.
if the kerb is on ur right then check back on the left.
but this is not the case for blindspot.
if u want to turn left at filter lanes and obviously there will be a kerb on ur left,
u need to check ur blind spot on ur left instead of right,.
then only after u passed the pedestrian crossing,then u check blind spot on right -

how do u all keep urself from wobbling?? -
blind spot is to check when doing cornering/filtering etc....check back is to check when changing lane(check mirror and look back when no car to double confirm),over taking vechicle and moving off(to ensure no vechicle suddenly come next to you)
try not to lift up ur leg so fast when moving off........pick up some speed 1st then u lift ur leg n change to higher gear.
hmm L6...taking at ssdc????i also repeat once for L6.....cos when returning i turn into the wrong lane lol... -

they want to see u move and stop in a straight line.
if you have to adjust the handlebar to balance yourself while moving off or slowing down. you're wobbling.
