i think wad he mean by the arrow is he remove the packing inside plus the slinecer..something like chamber lor..
GP bikes are tuned for pickup n mid range ..they got no top...tats y..

take out all the unnecessary parts
eg. no starter, no mirrors, no signal lights
so lightest there can ever be.
and also highly tuned my professionals,
using RACING exhuasts. Arrow not even on Aprilia's list. They use Gianalli exhuasts.
U think OUR RESTRICTED rs125 in SG can reach 230kmh ?
only 2 explanation i can think of.
1. his meter buay zhun.
2. he tua kang.
Kui toh arrow got. means sliced open to take out some metal plates inside. and also decarbonised.
at ASphoon going for 100 bucks.

as for the pipe at AS Phoon.. its RS pipe.. not ARROW.. and RS pipe can kui toh..
Difference between AROW and RS pipes are:
Arrow--> muffler is longer, end can is curved ane there is a welding at the end.. its carbon fibred..
RS pipe--> also carbon fibred but not as beautiful as ARROW... no welding at end can and muffler is shorter and slimmer than ARROW.. and normally will have a metal plate with Aprilia and a serial no. craved on it.. because its the original pipe for RS..
Hope these info helps you to understand more on pipes...
