117 for the price of front n rear tires is cheap leh.. but wat is the brand n model he recommended u?
actually u jus bought ur bike, oredi got tubeless tires, no need to change so fast.. mine stil the old tubed IRC tires leh!

if u realli like phantom200 alot, 6000 is the standard price for brandnew, like wat u say plu minus depends on insurance.

think when a bike get more and more common on the road.. the parts gets cheaper too.... well got pros and cons loh...
last time got a rare skipper.. call kymco... the parts really x man... when got problem go to bike shop all shake head.... cos too difficult to take out the parts... now at least better.. go everywhere they know how to fix... oil, spark plug v easy... can even do my own -
$4000 very low lei... anyway also no spare thing to give away la. Think old bike cannot take back, so time being got to carry on with the current bike. I agree... IRC tires cannot make it, hard like stone, and its tubed. Didn't have the cash to change expensive tires, so only changed my rear tire to a tubeless Pirelli MT65 for $95, drastic improvement, seems enough for me... but dunno how it fares compared to Dunlop...

Phantom 200 comes with tubeless IRC tyres.. not much difference though.. Slippery also..

i skid twice in 1 month on my phantom150's original tyres. i noticed both times skid when floor wet and when i banking. not say i bank my bike like macam i riding racer, but both skid was very similar in nature: wet floor and banking.
i think its the tyres. i want to change, but a bit blur. can someone explain to me, in terms of performance of the bike, wat's the diff between tubed and tubeless? also, any diff in maintaining these 2 tyres, as in how to pump or anyone last longer (air and treads)?
oso, fren of mine explain to me, the front treads of the tyres will take years to botak, but wats important was the side treads, ie, the part of the tyre in contact wif the surface of the road when i bank. is this true, and if yes, how you tell when this part of the tyres botak?

i always use 2nd gear engine brake n abit of rear brake 4 better control while goin down carpark slopes

even if u dont own phatom, carpark slop also need to take note as my friends bikes also having the same problem. never free gear when goin down slop in carpark.
yah both times i skidded, altho road wet, i was at 2nd gear onli, speed not more than 30kmh. damn tyres, damn useless.
but carpark quite common sense wat, the ground u can tell no grip wan, worse still if rain all the vehicles tyre wet-wet make the floor even more slippery. and slope, skool already teach us to e-brake and go down slope smooth rite? releasing clutch to free gear down slope, watever slope not just carpark, i think bad idea. definitely not when going down shopping centre carpark slope the damn steep wan, wait i see u crash through the gantry!
eh anybody can tell me diff between tubed and tubeless tyres?
