Electric Bicycle in S'pore. Where to buy?

  Not sure if it's appropriate to post my thread here.
  
  I'm planning to get an electric bicycle for my personal use. Anyone knows where can I purchase one?
  
  It's should be approved by LTA for normal road usage. I've a budget of about $200 for it. Can my existing bicycle be modified for such?

  the cheapest i saw was $550USD for a kit....check eBay, maybe you'll find something within your budget.

  There aren't very many here in the U.S. but the ones I've seen were surprisingly expensive!
