Hi, anyone know what is the penalty of riding on a shoulder of an expressway??
This morning I ride on the road shoulder at BKE heading to the exit of PIE. Suddenly I saw M/Cycle infront all sweep to left lane. My reaction was too slow until I saw a police lady was coping down my number
Ai, kena fine for sure, but how many points??
According to LTA DIPS, there is only one thing point for my case, but it seems for driving not for riding.
6 Demerit Points
1) Driving or riding against the flow of traffic.
2) Driving on a shoulder of an expressway.
3) Load falling off from the vehicle. Anyone know?
