hmmm... the prob with 2002 R1 is fuel injection... thats where it will lose. whereas delta box 2 R1 is carb. still prefer R1 though... =]

Why do u say the EFi R1 will lose out? in what ways?
I find that the tuning for Efi bikes is much easier and precise as compared to carbs...
With the correct expertise and equipment i surely the Efi bikes will run better... -

To maxlean: GP is still using carbs now. its much more powerful than efi. cuz it can be tuned to a larger flow of fuel and air, whereas efi cant be tuned to have more flat spot as it is run by sensor. correct me if i am wrong. =]

GP is using carbs becoz it is weight and space saving as compared to efi with all the electricals.

If both from pickup, no way G1 can outrun haya. Too light n power. Thus seldom 1000cc wants to play first gear, too scary for them unless they know how to control it. -
I think i can say something here, 1st to tao payo( or wat ever shit u call urself) YES I think there r quite a few class 2 rider here and if u don't noe a shit abt bikes pls get the hell out of here and stop ur stupid comments.
2nd to ans a few Q... yes sad to say R1 lose to K2 in straight but if pit against a circuit wif a lots of bend R1 would get the best of it. For 02 and 01 R1 normal pick up 02 is denfinatly faster but if really wat to 'try' for my case, I'm riding a 01, I'm always in front
. But we nv got to hit top ends together(my 02 friend is a safty rider). -
last nite i saw r6 beat r1 in a 15-tiang shoot out

i have only been to pasirgudang twice in my life.. and it was fun.. but i think without proper guidance.. playing around on urself wont learn very much.. heheh
anyway my fren timed me and i got 1min54s on the first day... so is that fast or slow? i got no one to reference with.. but i heard racers are doing 1min38s... wow.. cool.. anyway i am hoping to go there again but now bz wif my bizz...
