  Another hit and run case happened on TPE. A rider skidded and was ran over by a lorry. The bastard didnt even bother to stop and help and just drove away. Now the rider still in ICU.

  for the TPE accident, the police have not arrest anyone.
  
  for the AMK accident, the driver who knocked down the girl has been arrested, but he is out on bail now.
