Getting 2b license....

how to? i know i have to go to one of the driving centres (ubi closest to me) and blah blah blah..
i need to know the blah blah blah part... how much, how long, how many, why, who, when, wat, the whole process please!!

i predict in about 4 months and 500 bux later i'll have a bike license? can anot?
btw i have a current and valid class 3 license... would it mean i dun have to basic theory? i have no idea guys/gals, please tell me everything like i'm a 6yr old...

took mine at Ubi/CDC.
First, enrol 1 yr membership around $30.
On the spot u can book first lesson. In case u donno, riding lesson can onli book one at a time, eg, take lesson 1, fail, book lesson 1 again and take again an so on till pass then can book lesson 2 and so on and so on. Lessons inside circuit cost $20++.
In the meantime very advisable go riding theory lessons. About 4 lessons all free. RIDING theory, so all must take including with other class licences. After u mark attendance for the 4 lessons go book riding theory test, probably will get few weeks after booking. Reason why must take theory concurrently is u can apply PDL to go road lessons if and only if you complete all circuit lessons AND pass riding theory. Means if u happily take riding lessons in circuit but bochap theory lessons u say 'aiyah take later lah' u will find when u complete circuit lessons u will be stuck coz cannot advance to road lessons, worse still if u fail theory test then book again few weeks later, so for weeks u cannot ride waste time.
Once complete all road lessons can book tp. at ubi, standard wait 2 months. i took around end of my ns, went lessons twice a week took me me 6 months before first time i book tp. i passed only at third attempt 4 1/2 months later, total took me 10++ months. With respect to number of lessons taken and number of attempts at tp, i say i'm average. if u ask me whether can get 2b in 4 months, i say depend in the 4 months how often u plan to go for lessons and most important how many times u take tp. if u take lessons like mad and pass first time tp i say can -

it's more of a realist view, tho not necessarily accurate.
this kinda thing, ask so much oso no use. u'll only get a warped perspective. just go down and enrol. -
okok ic ic... thanx for the input so far! seems quite confusing to me leh... and hor even tho i got sg driving license, it was converted one.. i took it in australia. so even the car one i blurr with the basic theory and advance theory...
so i'm confuseddddddddd

There is no actual price and time.. It have to depend on your skill.. If you can do very good, 1 tickect for 1 practical.... Time is that if you have the money and time, book the faster lesson.... I spend $600 and took about half a yr lor.. My frenz lagi best. He spend $300 and took him 2mth plus onli.. He pro mah.. For you i think u almost the same as me lah... ok.. well did it matter that i rode in australia unlicensed for about 1 year? hehehe
i mean i'm not about to rate my skill.. but i definitely know how to ride..
btw i'm not just asking about the time and money... the procedures etc etc.. if anyone got time to type all the details i will be eternally grateful!!

1st : you have to enrol yourself to UBI driving centre which is nearest to you
2nd : you will have to go for the theory lesson conducted by the driving centre before you are allow to book for the RIDING THEORY TEST (RTT)
3rd : after you have finish all the theory lesson then you can book your RTT ...
*note : before you have finish the theory lessons you can take the practical lessons which were conducted in the circuit of the driving centre ...
4th : only when you pass your RTT ... then you can apply for your Provisional Driving License (PDL)
*PDL = a license for you to drive/ride on PUBLIC road without a Qualified Driving License(QDL)
5th : in a driving centre you will have to follow the practicals subject by subject till you finish all subjects
*subject = E-brake is a subject ... Plank course is a subject ... etc etc
6th : after all lessons taken ... then you will have to take a test conducted by the driving centre (Final Evaluation Test)
7th : upon passing the FET then you can book for your Traffic Police Test ...
I do not know how many lesson does ubi have to take ... cos i took my license at BBDC ... sorry i cant help you on that ...

SSDC and CDC muchiam is by practical one.. coz got a few ppl 1 time pass the whole prac b4, then last time i take at CDC also, 1 shot pass 2-3 subjects one. -
ok went to enrol today! chop chop.. not very crowded.. about 5pm, at UBI...which is er.. CDC rite?
i go top up my money liow.. so can book practicals liow ehhe...
when u enrol u pay 40 bux + 30 bux for the 5 theory lessons which no need to book one, just look at time table and turn up! i wonder wat happen if the class over flow?
anyway i'm gonna post every single thing i do to get this 2b license in this thread so that anyone taking can read my experiences! ehhehee
