  yes u can. under insurance is nr. but u think of it, abit dangerous right? i got 1 policeman friend tell me, u ride without license, police catch, nvm. warning. and some yellow stuff thing. but if tp catch, u can prepare go squat already. i have read of blogs that 17 years old, riding their own bike already. i got a couple of friends, havent pass get bike already. if u want, u pay full cash, can. if instalment, may more troublesome.

  woah... 17 year olds riding their own bike... it's rather dangerous on the road...
