  whether you have savings or not?
  
  a new OTR cbr125r will probably cost you around 5.5 - 6.0 including insurance
  
  how many years of loan are you getting?
  
  how much down payment can you give?
  
  will you be upgrading?
  
  if you have 6k cash right now, most probably you can get any bike full payment you like except the italians.
