I fell and broke my right hand and wrist.
Still in a cast ans exect to change a smaller cast next month.
right hand wont be able to handle throttle & brake for at least 6 months.
dont forget to 'excercise' yr arm and hand even while its in the cast.
had mine immobile for a month and didnt excercise and after tt i cldnt even grip a pencil.
try to massage yr arm so that there is good blood circulation and do grips. even if yr fingers are not able to move. use yr other hand to flex yr fingers. it helps alot
i was quite shocked when they took the cast out of my arm and it looked shriveled up.

yr muscles tone down when not in use and also all the humidity inside wrinkles the skin. i known people who use a small airbrush compressor to blow air into the cast. some even use straws n blow. hahaha
tts one thing i nvr understand. cast are to keep the arm immobile while it sets but why cant they put ventillation holes in them....
1st time in a cast. I am glad that technology has improved that it is in fibreglass bandage that hardens to a cast. its lighter.
and yah, doc did warn that i might not be able to write or lift heavy objects anymore.
right knee was thankfully protected by the armoured pants but it felt like the ligaments are torn like my left knee. the armour pants knee guard was almost torn off the pants.
I defintely used my right palm and right knee to break that fall.

recently saw the GTR1400 at a bike shopany comments abt the bike?
it`s 28k OTR,
was so tempted to get this bike
just really really afraid no spare parts in SG…
my fren got one. will tell u the same thing i told him.
the bike is fugly. mirrors are like mickey mouse ears, too many electronics (electronic tire pressure guage ?!), exhaust is way too fooking long sticks out of the entire cross section. lugguages boxes are way to slanted and last but not least... no way you can get spare parts unless u order.
