wear slippers, shorts an offence?

heard frm fren 2day tat cannot wear slipper to ride... wil kena deduct 3 pts if suay kena caught by TP... shorts oso cannot... is it true? i din managed to find any of these within the demerit points column on the website lei.... anybody noe?
helmet not approved one is $50 fine rite? if TP LL la... -

juz found din wear or din wear properly helmet is demerit 3 points... tis kinda points deduction we noe but fines not known wo... like not approved helmets $50... illegal license plate $50 etc.... din put up anywhere hw we noe wo....
where got say wear slippers oso 3 points? say he din hav a proper riding attire etc... fren kena bk by TP lei... like anyhow bk one those TP... sigh... damn suay...
i 2day oso c rainin din put coupon, juz 15 min buy food go back kena fine... super suay 2day siah...
rain so big somemore some road flood abit.. when vehicles passed by we riders got to be careful lor... esp those big vehicles... wah... they can help u "bath" u and ur bike together... wats dangerous is while being drenched in the splash... u can't see wats ahead...

tat time i dun believe also, but according to friends its true lor, but i think it is a bery bery low chance that tp wanna fuss wif u over this type thing budden the u neber know rite, some TP bery "ON" one,jus like, but still alot of pple duno, jus like parking on jagged yellow lines, alot of pplw duno tat one also 3 pts
and illegal plate is 70 bucks, not 50

Yeah, if wear shorts/bermudas and sandals/slippers and rider is bookable by TP. But think about it, so many uncles on the rd and they also never kena.
But dunno what are the penalities so far.
Bottom line is wear what you wan, you think there are so many TPs on the rd meh? -
