phantom150 same engine as sp lar.. not phantom200
phantom150 is 2 stroke whereas 200 is 4 stroke.. get it?
150cc models: blue, pure black, silver colors
200cc models: white n dark blue, black n grey, maroon colors
u can also differentiate the models by looking at their pipes.. 150 is round one with 1 hole
200 is flat at the end with 2 holes
n oso, hear the sound u wil know which is which..!!!

2 strokes engine consumes double the amt of gas used by 4 strokes engine with the same cc rite?
What 2B bike is fast and economic in maintainence and gas comsumption?

i dont think its too noisy. my phantom 150 sounds similar to roadsters like the rxz, and not as throaty as 2B racers. i've heard the phantom200, i actually think it sounds nicer than than the 150, a nice deep rumble, very cruiser-like. the 150 sounds like a normal roadster. no offence to scrambler riders, but i think scramblers are noisier, with their high-pitched engine sound.
donno bout the 200, but the 150, i definitely dont think its slow. obviously will lose to most racers in terms of both pick-up and top end, but against other roadsters and cruisers of its class, can put up a decent fight. and i think the weight and low center of grav makes it feel more stable when cruising at high speeds along the e-way.
as for handling, i admit the turning angle very wide. and leaning lower to turn tighter will just end up scraping the pedal. happened to me a few times. and its heavy compared to racers and cruisers, significantly so. but if u willing to sacrifice these, you get a comfortable bike, nice sitting position. up to u lor.

From my experience, sport bike is more tiring as you need to lean and ur hand tend to get tired, cause need to stretch to grab habdle...For phantom, you just slough and the handle is much nearer so no need to stretch your arms...
If you want to "Cruise" along the road, then take phantom...It will look nice too in your work attire or any formal attire..
If you want to chong, then take sportbike leh..wear any informal attire also looks nice... -

i've ridden both an sp n a phantom 200. 4 me, confirm phantom more relaxed. near zero stress even after a long ride, but rather mind numbing since the vibration is rather strong. fairly gd pickup.
sp is a lot more fun. corner like nobody's business. shoulders n wrists get tired though. pillion oso get tired. very easy to speed... sometimes i dun realise how fast i'm going... just need 2 watch out 4 tp.
phantom fuel consumption : 1 litre goes abt 39km.
sp fuel consumption : 1 litre goes abt 22km.
used shell 98 on both machines.
still, i'd go 4 the sp.

you're going to have a very comfortable golden age.
bad thing about phantom is pillion like to lean back alot. when going straight still ok, but when you turn, it causes some instability.
phantom you wear singlets + shorts + slippers more suitable... cruisers have this poser image...

About posing, its up to you what you all want to wear..Maybe that someone who wears leather jacket have some sense of fashion??? It does not mean that he/she is poser....!!!! And Scram wear fulll face helmet does not mean he/she sialan...Maybe for safety reasons, or maybe the helmet goes well with scram...
So it's really up to all of us, riderzz to wear what we want....So long as not to be Superman or batman costume...The only people that should be crisitse should be the sialan riders that speed pass you and blow throttle...They think they king of road huh...Even if you bike is fast, who give a damn..If it is so fast why dont go race at GP?? Cant afford so do sialan loh!!!
