  But the problem is, I am stuck with a NSR150SP still owing $3000. This NSR150SP got no road tax and insurance. So b4 I could buy his bike, I got to sell off mine.

  It's a newer model(2002); Apparently Honda added just a few minor changes to it; the most significant one being VTEC activates at 6300 rpm instead of 6750 rpm.
  
  I still prefer my original vtec though

  what a pity; though I must agree that it's indeed an overpowered street bike for sg roads, esp the vtec. Once the vtec sets in, I have to start keeping a lookout for tps......

  Stay with the S4 lah, better resell value the chopper. chooper also bulkier and longer, mroe troublesome, that is why I dun intend to get a 400cc chopper at all

  I thinking of a class 2 bike. Most probably a Sportster 883 if I can afford it.
